How to change your username

You can use your username or email address to log in to JumpLMS and you have the option to change either of them anytime you want. To change your username, follow these steps:
1. Click on your user profile image or name at the top-right of the screen and select Account.
2. In the Contact Details panel, update your username or email address as required.
3. Click Save changes.
Your username or email have now changed and you can use this to log in to your JumpLMS portal.
