If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by following these instructions:

1. From your portal login page (https://yourportalname.jumplms.com), click the Forgot your password? link.

2. Enter your email address that’s registered on your JumpLMS portal.

3. We will send an email to that address with further instructions on how to set a new password.

The email you’ll receive will contain a link in it, clicking on it will open up a webpage that will let you enter a new password.
