How to downgrade a subscription

You can downgrade your JumpLMS subscription at any time. Any changes you make to your subscription will be prorated so you only pay for what you use.

Choosing a yearly subscription instead of a monthly subscription will save you money over the whole year.

To downgrade your subscription, follow these steps:

1. Click on your user profile image or name at the top-right of the screen and select Account.

2. Select the Subscription tab.

3. Click Select Plan on the downgraded subscription option you want.

4. You will be given a summary of how your monthly/yearly prices will change when you downgrade your subscription. If you’re happy with the new price, click Confirm Change.

Your subscription has now been downgraded and your original credit/debit card will be charged the new amount on your next payment date.
