How to upgrade a subscription

You can upgrade your JumpLMS subscription at any time. Any changes you make to your subscription will be prorated so you only pay for what you use.

Upgrading your subscription will allow you to add more learners on to your portal.
Choosing a yearly subscription instead of a monthly subscription will save you money over the whole year.

To upgrade your subscription, follow these steps:

1. Click on your user profile image or name at the top-right of the screen and select Account.

2. Select the Subscription tab.

3. Click Select Plan on the upgraded subscription option you want.

4. You will be given a summary of how your monthly/yearly prices will change when you upgrade your subscription. If you’re happy with the new price, click Confirm Change.

Your subscription has now been upgraded and your original credit/debit card will be charged the new amount on your next payment date.
