How to add a custom learner profile field

By default, you need to input a mix of information when you add or edit a learner’s profile, including: their name, username, email, telephone etc. However, if these default fields don’t present enough information about your users, you can add your own custom fields.

To add a custom learner profile field, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Learners tab.

2. Click Add a custom column.

3. Add a title for the new column.

4. Click Add column.

Click learners click add custom column

Your custom column will now appear in the table and the new data field will appear in the add/edit learner popup.
