How to add a new learner
Adding a new learner on to the portal has been made really easy on JumpLMS. You can add a new user, assign their groups, and enrol them on courses all from one area.
To add an individual learner to the portal, follow these steps:
1. Click on the Learners tab.
2. Click Add learner.
3. Fill in the learners email address, username, name and any other required details in the Create Contact Details panel.
4. Select the appropriate access level from the Learner type dropdown:
- Learner
- Group manager
- Administrator
5. Create a password and re-type it.
6. Expand the Assign groups menu.
7. Tick to select all the groups you want to add the learner to.
8. Expand the Assign courses menu.
9. Tick to select all the courses you want to enrol the learner on.
10. Click Add learner.
The new learner has been added to the portal, enrolled on the selected courses and assigned to the selected groups.
