How to reset a learner’s progress

Sometimes your learners need a fresh start and so JumpLMS provides you with the ability to reset progress at various levels.

Resetting progress will remove all selected learner’s associated data including bookmarks, test answers and survey responses – this action can’t be undone


Reset an individual learner’s progress in a course

1. Click on the Reports tab.

2. Click on the Course Reports tab.

3. Search for the required course, or find it in the table and click Reports.

4. Click on the Learners tab.

5. Search for the required learner, or find them in the table.

6. Click Reset progress.

7. Click Reset progress to confirm that you want to reset their progress.

The learner’s progress in the selected course has been reset.


Reset all learners’ progress in a course

1. Click on the Reports tab.

2. Click on the Course Reports tab.

3. Search for the required course, or find it in the table.

4. Click Reset progress.

5. Click Reset progress to confirm that you want to reset the progress of all the learners enrolled on this course.

All the learners’ progress in the selected course have been reset.


Reset an individual learner’s progress in all the courses they are enrolled on

1. Click on the Reports tab.

2. Click on the Learner Reports tab.

3. Search for the required learner, or find them in the table.

4. Click Reset progress.

5. Click Reset progress to confirm that you want to reset their progress in all the courses they’ve been enrolled on.

The learner’s progress in all their courses have been reset.
